Shipping

1.We will ship out the items within 3 working days after the payment confirmed by Aliexpress. We will inform you if we need more time to prepare the items.

2.It usually take 5 to 10 days to reach your designated address by EMS. Other shipping terms are also available, such as DHL, UPS, HONGKONGPOST.

3.Normally, we declare the product value as 15 USD on customs declaration when shipped by HK post, to avoid customs fee for you .And we do not charge any local tariff. If you have any specific demand, please contact us before shipping.

4.Please let us know if you still don`t receive the items within 15 working days after you paid, then we could check it for you. .

Return and Refund Policy

1.Please contact us before you send the item back. Defective situation must be reported to us within 3-5 days attached with the pictures
2.Please ensure the item will be returned in good condition with original package and return the item within 2 weeks from the merchandise is received.
3.We will send new replacement or refund once the item is received. If it is refunded, only item’s listing price is refundable, shipping and required insurance fees are not refundable.
4.Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges if full payment refunded.
