Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Formal Dresses
It will take 11-13 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard


Wedding Dresses

It will take 15-17 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.


Returns Information
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

1. all the dresses were be made as 90% similar as the picuture ,if you request 100% same as the picture ,please dont make payment..
2. I m a honest seller ,i will check all of my products,if i think it is not in good quality , i will return them to factory to make another one before i post them to you .
3,i refuse return the items back without any quality problems . if you bought it ,and not love it after you received it , i refuse return !!!!
4.if you have any problem with all the dresses ,please contact me before you make a dispute with our buiness!
5.accept return the items within 2 days after you receive it .

Stature/Height ) in 24 hours ,so that you can receive the dress quickly !If you need any other color or special requirement, please contact me by email and I will take care of your request personally.
This gown can be custom made according to your measurements.
If your measurements are way off my size chart, we are happy to make the gown according to your measurements as long as you agree that final alteration might be needed for best fit.
