Please tell us the color item you want, if there is not the color you want in our color chart, please show us your color before order.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our dress will be exactly same with the photographs you saw.

4. About Size:

We also accept your custom size, if you want to tell us your size detail, please feel free to contract us, we will offer you our custom made size chart, you must fill in it, then back to us, we will complete dresses as your size.

5. Minimum Order:

Our minimum order is just 1piece, before your wholesale order, we would like to accept your trail order to check our quality and service. Also we will offer you our best price although you order 1piece.

6. Custom Design:

If you can't find a style you like in our collection, we can make dresses in your own design. You can send us pictures patterns, even sketches of your design of other styles you like, and we would make replicas by your specifications. After finish we will take detailed photos and email them to you to check them advancely, then send the ready dresses to you. If you are not satisfied, we will make modify the dresses until you are satisfied with them.

7. Delivery:

The post offices we always used are EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL etc. We recommend EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, they are safer and faster than others.

We only deliver to the address provided by aliexpress, and if you would like to change your shipping address, please note it when you pay us, or we don’t response for any shipping mistake.

We always post products by EMS, TNT, DHL . In normal, it will take 3-8days to same zones, like North America, Asia, Europe and Australia. And if you are living in a remote country to us, the shipping time maybe a little longer.

We will tell you the tracking number and the shipping method after posting, also we would like to track the product with you, if there are some problems within delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible.

8. Payments:

The payments we accept are Paypal, Weatern Union, Money Gram, Bank and Escrow. If you dont want to pay us online, please leave your message, we will answer you within 12hours.

9. Return and Refund Policy:

As you know, feedback is very important for us, please contact us at the first time if there are some problems when you get the dress, we will offer you a satisfied solution. Our satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications. Try on your dress as soon as possible without altering, or washing the dress.

If you are returning or exchanging dresses, please make sure they are in their original condition-unworn, unwashes, unaltered, undamaged, clean.

If the problem caused by us:

We would like to return you before your agreement to back our dress. You also should pay for all the shipping cost. When we get the dress which looks same as we send to you. We will refund to you, not including shipping cost.

If the problem caused by you:

1. We succeed the dress as the size you offered, but it doesn’t fit you, you must measured yourself with errors, we will not refund.
