F.Return Policy:
I am an honest seller ,I will check all of my products before I post them to you,if I think it is not in good quality , I will return them to factory to make another one .All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

1. All the dresses were be made as 90% similar as the picuture ,if you request 100% same as the picture ,please don’t make payment.
2.I refuse return the items back without any quality problems . If you bought it ,and not love it after you received it , I refuse return !!!!
3.We accept return the items within 3 days after you receive it . But buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer at the item's price ( excluding the shipping costs to and from ).
4. For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
5. If your order has been received and it is not what you ordered, or if your item has a manufacturer defect, pls contact us within 3 working days, then send back the item and we will send you an replacement for free.
