Shipping

1) We use international express delivery EMS to mail to mail item.

2) We send dresses by EMS (Express Mail Service). EMS is very quick and safe, and we will also give you the tracking number to check the mail status.

Return policy

2) We will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles. We will accept returns on standards sizes gowns in perfect brand new condition (no smoke scents, no make-up stains and no alterations).

3) Dress must be received back to us within 7 days after your receipt.

4) For exchanges, the buyers must pay all shipping/handling charges for returns.
