PURCHASE GUIDELINES

We customize the dress according to your measurement and the dress pictures you have chosen or provided.

1. As the dresses are custom made you will need to measure yourself according to our instruction carefully. We have provided a measurement guideline to help you with this. If you are unsure at any point please contact us via email.
2. We recommend that you ask a family member or a friend to help you in taking your measurements.
3. The items for sale do not include any accessories such as gloves,wedding veil, hair accessories, etc...
4. For all dress purchased from our store, we will provide a wedding gown bag for protecting your dress.
5. We will start making your dress upon payment and receipt of your measurements. Please allow 3-4weeks from date of measurement receipt to finish your dress.
6. Due to computer screen chromatic aberration, especially between CRT and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you have seen online. There may be slight variations in color and adornment from the picture, but this will not vary by more than 5-10%.

MEASUREMENT GUIDELINES

We recommend you have a professional seamstress or ask a friend or family member to help take your measurements for you. If you decide to do it yourself, please follow the instructions below and measure the following:

1. Full Bust: cm/inch
2. Upper Bust: cm/inch
3. Under Bust: cm/inch
4. Nipple to Nipple: cm/inch
5. Waist: cm/inch
6. Hip: cm/inch
7. Shoulder to Bust: cm/inch
8. Shouler to Waist: cm/inch
9. Shoulder to Shoulder: cm/inch
10. Outer Leg: cm/inch (includes shoes)
11. Height: cm/inch (without shoes)

If your dress has sleeves or jacket, please also provide additional measurement

1. Neck Length: cm/inch
2. Arm Length: cm/inch
3. Upper Arm Length: cm/inch
4. Armpit to Elbow: cm/inch
5. Biceps: cm/inch
6. Arm Eye: cm/inch

Measurement Instructions ( (Please refer to the diagram below for additional help...)

1. Full Bust: Measure around the fullest parts of bust. This is all the way around the body until the tape measure overlaps each other.
2. Upper Bust: Measure under your breast. All the way around your body as close to the skin as possible.
3. Under Bust: Measure above your breast. This area is below your collar bone and just before the raise of your bust.
4. Nipple to Nipple: Measure across the nipple to nipple. This is so the seamstress can put the darts in for your dress.
5. Waist: Firstly tie a piece of ribbon or string around the natural part of your waist. This would be your torso at the smallest point. Leave the string in place while you do the rest of your measurement as you will need it for reference with some of other measurement.
6. Hip: Take the measurement around the hip at the fullest point. This is area should include some raise of your bottom.
7. Shoulder to Bust: Measure from the top of shoulder to your bust. That is from your shoulder to the fullest point of your bust usually your nipple area.
8. Shoulder to Waist: Measure from the top of your shoulder to your waist where you previously placed your string. If you have not used a string, simply where your body curves in.
9. Shoulder to Shoulder: From the edge of one shoulder, measure all the way along the same line to the other shoulder.
10. Outer Leg: Tie a piece of ribbon or string around the curve of your waist and then measure from the waist down, making sure you have your heels on or the height of the heels you will wear on the day.
11. Neck Length: Measure loosely around the neck, you will not need this measurement unless your garment has a high neck or collar.
12. Arm Length: Measure from your shoulder to wrist. This measurement is only needed if you are having a long sleeve dress. Please also allow 1 inch in your measurement for elbow bending space. Thus your measurement should look like 64cm + 1 inch elbow.
13. Upper Arm Length: Measure from the outer shoulder to the inside of your elbow. This measurement is only needed if you have ordered a long sleeve dress.
14. Armpit to Elbow: Measure from the armpit to the point of your elbow, like the diagram.
15. Biceps: Lift your arm and measure the fullest part of your upper arm as shown in the diagram.
16. Arm Eye: This is the circular area where your arm starts. When you measure, make sure you go all the way around the arm pit area making sure it is a loose fit.
