Return Policy
We know that purchasing a full lace wig can be a difficult

process. Often, it is difficult to know exactly what you want,

or to know what to expect when you receive a wig. We want

everyone to be happy with their purchase. While we don't offer a

refund policy, we do allow a five day exchange on wigs. Once you

receive your wig, you have five days to contact us to exchange

it for a different wig. We do not accept returns or exchanges on

wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, or that

have had the lace cut. If the wig is not to your liking, you may

exchange it for another stock wig . We do not allow multiple

exchanges per order.

Notice: please save the wig Card in the package, it is the

Authorization Number Card.

if you lose the Card, we dont accept the exchange.

How to choose wig?face shape VS hair style
1.Round shape face
You can choose long hair to make you face seem long and cute.
2.Oval shape face
You can choose fringe 4/6 or 3/7 wave style wig.
3.Square shape face
Please note that if you choose the wrong hair style, it will

make your face seem not vivid,So you'd better choose sides-lower

curly hair style which will let you face look more sofe, gentle

4. Rhombus shape face
It is suitable to choose middle or long hair style , not too
