About size and measurement

The standard size based on our size table, if you want to make a custom made service,The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing.

About the color

You can choose color of the dress from our color table. or provide us the reference color picture.choose the most closed color make your dress.

Computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw. Similarly above 90%!if you request similar 100% as the picture,don`t buy it ! thank you !

1.Dress will start to be made and delivered only after payment has cleared and all the measurements and the colour offered.

2.Usually,Custom-made dress made according to pictures needs 10 to 14 business days.

3.The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures).

4.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not 100% guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photos you saw.

Shipping and handing

A:EMS shipping time about 5-8 business days.

B:TNT or DHL is strength for most of the country all over the world.

For small order, we often use express as TNT, EMS, DHL and so on. We can also adopt other express which you like.

For bulk order, we choose air or marine transportation, We can also adopt your own freight forwarder. We can cooperate with you well and afford some cheap ways you choose to ship your goods. We always centre on the principle of "to help customers saving every penny”.

Return policy

1. Brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains,no perfume, no alterations).

2. We usually advice customer to contact our Shipping address before sending dress back to us, as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back to us.

3. Dresses must be received back to us within 14 days of your receipt.

4. For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges.
