Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Formal Dresses
It will take 11-13 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard




Wedding Dresses

It will take 15-17 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. Also it will take about 3-5 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT ,etc) standard.


Returns Information
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equalling 25% of the item price. We treat each dress with special care and dedication, therefore the time required to make each type of dress differs. Below you can see each carefully taken step in the creation of your dress!

The below is just a guide. We recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. Always get someone else to make the measurements for you: measuring yourself will give inaccurate numbers and could lead to disappointment. 



Please follow the measurement instructions, and measure yourself carefully. After you pay for me ,please tell me your exact measurement ( Bust .Waist .Hips .Shoulder to Waist .Outer Leg .Shoulder to Shoulder . Stature/Height ) in 24 hours ,so that you can receive the dress quickly !If you need any other color or special requirement, please contact me by email and I will take care of your request personally.
This gown can be custom made according to your measurements.
If your measurements are way off my size chart, we are happy to make the gown according to your measurements as long as you agree that final alteration might be needed for best fit.

How to measure your size **The default size measurement is inch when you fill out the size options before checkout out. If you`d like to select centimeter as measurement, please add the message "MEASURE IN CM"  in NOTE in your order form at last.

(The measurement should be the exact BODY sizes with wedding underwear only! Our Experience tailors will add some room base on your supported sizes.) 1 - Height Stature of your body.(Please measure this size without the shoes) 2 - Neckline The circumference of the bottom of the neck. 3 - Shoulder The distance between two Shoulder joint with arms drooping naturally, taken at back. 4 - Upper-Bust Stand, measure around your body above the fullest part of the bust via your armpit. 5 - Bust Lift your arms to the side and measure around your body, crossing over the fullest part of the bust. 6 - Under-Bust Stand, measure around your body below the fullest part of the bust. 7 - Breast Height Stand, measure from neck side point to nipple. 8 - Breast Distance Distance between two nipple. 9 - Arm Circumference The girth around your arm. 10 - Armhole Stand, measure your arm root via shoulder edge, front armpit and back armpit. 11 - Sleeve-Length From shoulder seam to length desired, if you order long-sleeved style, it should be taken from shoulder point to the point 1" longer than wrist point. 12 - Waist Measure around your waistline where you normally wear your pants. Keep your forefinger between your body and the measuring tape for an accurate fit. 13 - Fore waist circumstance Stand, distance from neck side point to waistline via nipple. 14 - Back waist circumstance Distance from neck side pint to waistline via scapula. 15 - Hips Stand with your heels together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips. 16 - Thigh Circumference Leg root circumference. 17 - Dress Length This measurement is taken from the neckbone to the ground. Wearing the type of shoes you would like to wear with the dress, measure from the front of the neck to the ground. (To find your neckbone, reach back behind your head and feel for the bone. Please measure this size with the shoes.)
