Shipping and Handling 

We shipping items need by EMS to Worldwide,because the item is custom-make,so we need about 1-2 weeks to make the dress.Shipping need about  7-10 days .
if you need the dress hurry , we can send it or them to you by UPS , TNT , DHL or Fed Express .

NOTE : EMS & TNT & UPS & DHL Dispatches to Worldwide . EMS can`t arrive country need use TNT & UPS ( like Netherlands, Poland, Iceland, Africa, Russian, Latvia, Serbian, Jamaica, etc . ) If you choose UPS , TNT , DHL , or Fed Express , please contact me first , you need add 30 USD at least .

Refund policy

If you are not satisfy with the size or quality, we do offer an exchange. If it is my fault, we will exchange it for you in free charge. If it is not my fault, you must pay all shipping charges including insurance(The custom size should be paid the revision expense extra).  At the same time, you should tell us the new size. After we receive the gown, we will begin to make a new one. We will finish it and send it to you as quickly as we can. If you want to return the gown to me, if it is my fault, I will send the whole money back to you. If it is not my fault, you just don`t need it, I just send back the cost of the gown self(not include the shipping charges and the insurance).
 The gown must be returned in the same condition that it was in when received.(no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).
