Each dress is packed in a standard specification PP bag, and with an Express package bag outside. As to carton, commonly used if there are many orders.

UPS---3-5 days(For USA client, have one day delivery special service)

Remarks: The freight cost is different if use the defferent Express, and the delivery time will be a little longer, if you are from the far away country.

 

Return Policy

We must be contacted within 3 days after the item is received. We will accept returns on items in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, dirt, no alterations). A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns.& All the shipping charge is covered by buyer. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after the 3 day inspection period. Shipping fee is not refundable.

Please note that all dresses made in custom size, color, and design is not refundable.

2.For resale, we can add your own company logo or lable on the dress with wash instruction also.

1.The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the petticoat(show on the pictures).
