3) The wedding dress does not include any accessories such as gloves, wedding veil and the crinoline petticoat ( show on the pictures). Bidding is for one dress only!!!

4) Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

5)Dress Can Be Made in Custom Size, Color (No Additional Cost).

Making Time :

it will take about 20 days to produce the products after you pay the money . but for some complex handmade item, it might take longer time , pls inquire us if your order is urgent before placing an order.

Shipping

We ship out items by DHL or EMS.

DHL: about 5 - 7 days, EMS: 7-13 days (after payment)

We accept HK post , it costs less , but will take longer time , about 15~30 days . Hk post cannot offer online tracking . pls notices.

Shipping and Handling method:

This is an international shipment. Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing. We will put the gown in a courier bag. Steam press is recommended after international transportation.

We will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles. We will accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).

Dress(es) must be received back to us within 7 days of your receipt. For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges. For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns .
