B, Shipment

1), The order package(s) will be ship out via EMS in 3 working days, if there is exception we will advise in time;

2), After we ship out the order we will put tracking# into order link;

2), The shipment lead time to USA and EU countries are about 7 to 15 days, to AU and New Zealands are about 5 to 10 days. All shipment lead time is for reference, as there lots of factors which may affect the shipment schedule, pls sincerely understand this.

3), EMS is our target shipment opiton, but if there any other good shipment opition also available, we may also use them, pls note.

C, Payment&Tax

1) We can accept Alipay, Paypal, Visa, Master Card etc

2) We not charge tax and insurance, its opitional, also we always note the products as “gift” to avoid import duties or tax. Here pls be notified that any and all international deliveries may be subject to shipping delays, customs delays or additional fees (VAT, customs duties, etc.); buyers are expected to pay all such fees. In the event that items/products/orders are seized by customs of buyers' countries, buyers are expected to pick up the items/products/orders by themselves. All international shipments are thoroughly inspected to assure perfect product fulfillment.

Shade Guide warranty peroid are 36 months since from the shipment date.

E, Warning

1), Before you place your order pls make you are fully understand our product and know the regulations at your side, if you have any doubt pls send message or email to us, we will answer in 12 hours.

2), While you place order, pls make sure you left us correct and full detail delivery information like delivery add, tel#, attn etc, if the package(s) can not be delivered due to the delivery information are not correct, we not pay any responsibility and all lost SHOULD be suck by yourside.

3), After you transfer payment for your order, pls do not cancel or do refund request without notify us, especially for those we had ship out the package(s), all actions should notify us in advance.

F, Return Policy

For international returns, we will not reimburse for customs, import duties, taxes and all shipping cost. These charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused, carrier will return the package to us and charge us return fee. We will reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any return fees charge to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any shipping costs once an item is refused. All returnee products must be a full packing, we won't refund any cost if packing is damaged.Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item from carrier. Shipping/Handling/Insurance charges are non-refundable in any conditions.
