6. Shipping by China Post Air Mail or EMS: Please check if buyer's country has EMS or not before the buyer choose EMS. We have right to change into China Post Air Mail or refuse to send if there is no EMS in buyer's country. We won’t be responsible if any delay caused.

7. As some countries forbid importing some toys, the customs of buyer's country may seize the product. We are not responsible for any problems caused by the customs of buyer's country.

8. Declaration: If the buyer doesn't have special requirements, we will declare toys as "Sample Gift", below $30/each on the shipping invoice to avoid tax. We don't have any responsibility if the buyer refuses to pay tax.

Return Policy:

We offer a 7 Day return policy only if item is damaged or defective on arrival. Only defective product will be offered exchange. Item must be in new & unused condition for a return. Do not ship the item back without contacting us. Once item is returned and was found damaged or defective, you will get a full refund or we will replace it with a new one. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs if item is not defective. It may take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive your product. The buyer is responsible for all further shipping fees.
