We usually advice customer to contact our staff before sending dress back as there may be times when we can help you avoid unnecessary costs of sending your items back .
We will gladly exchange your gown for any of our stocking styles.
We will accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect,
brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).
Dresses must be received back within 7 days of your receipt.
For exchanges, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges.
For return, we just return the fee of the dress, but not the postage.
